We have an immediate vacancy for Office Administrators to join our team. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Office Manager and will provide effective and efficient administrative support to the designated department.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general typing/documentation preparation as required.

Assist departmental and project and commercial staff as requested, ensuring instructions and deadlines are complied with.

Distribute documentation/correspondence and maintain electronic filing systems.

Co-ordinate monthly and quarterly reports for Board pack and ensure all information is available to deadlines set.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments as required.

Assist with telephone calls and messages and general organisational duties.

Reception cover on a rota basis – Answer and transfer inbound calls, receive and direct visitors and clients, reception duties as required.

Provide administrative support to Commercial and Project teams

Provide administrative support to departments as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Computer skills and knowledge of relevant Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment

knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping

Administrative qualification would be desirable

Experience working within an administrative role is desirable but not essential
